Trying New Styles

So I've decided that I'm going to start showing some of my traditional art in some local art shows. I can't remember if I've stated this in previous entries or not so if I'm just repeating myself I apologize lol. I've also wanted to try some other styles using different mediums. Last night I went to a local art store and purchased a pretty decent sized canvass and some acrylic paints so I'm going to attempt to paint something. I was thinking about painting one of my older drawings seen here [link] I just have to wait until I get paid next week so I can get more materials haha. I forgot how much money paints cost. *It sucks majorly that each tube is extremely small and about 12 dollars a piece* It amazes me how the canvass was cheaper than the paint. Go figure. Anyway, I was thinking about doing the catipillar picture and using bright blues and greens in it just so I've got some art thats got some color to it.

Suggestions?

If anyone has any suggestions for anything for me to draw, paint or make digitally I'd love to hear them. I've hit a rut again and don't really know what to draw so please let me know if you've got any ideas. Also if anyone wants to be a model for any of my pictures just let me know.
